We Love Milk and Honey!

Gill Milligan is a busy girl. Not only did she establish her leading clothing range Mermaid Sister in her lounge room (which was then sold in 40 surf stores across the country and became a massive success), a few years later she partnered with Hot Springs Apparel Group and set about creating an exciting new label called Milk and Honey. Today, both of Gill's labels are taking the Aussie and international fashion industries by storm.

Milk and Honey's latest summer range "Rapture" is street smart, unique and achingly cool. The eclectic and refreshing collection was inspired by Blondie and the excitement of 70's rock n roll nights with a dash of disco glamour. Geometric 60's elements are evident in several of the creations, and bold 80's colours also make an appearance. The quirkiness of the 50's is not to be dismissed either.

Sexy swimwear too?

Geometric frill bikini's and mini polka dot tunics are the big head turners, while sweetheart neckline dresses in lemon yellow are deemed to be perfect for a Sunday lunch. Animal print tights promise to bring out your wild side, romper suits for some summer fun and the cobalt blue jersey is set to be a winner. Quaint yet perfect detailing is evident in bow ties affixed on dresses, suspender belts and polka dot waist ties.
